Summer is settling into Lausanne, and with it, a slightly different pace at L'Étoile Blanche. To allow our team to catch their breath and return in top form after the holidays, we are adapting our summer hours.
What's changing
On Saturdays, we welcome you from 4 PM. The perfect opportunity to start the weekend gently: a drink on the terrace in the late afternoon sun, an aperitif with friends, then the evening settles in with our DJs.
On Sundays, the establishment is closed. We're recharging our batteries to serve you better from Monday onwards.
What does not change
From Monday to Friday, nothing changes: the dish of the day at noon, the menu with its famous cordon bleu, as well as our cocktails. And of course, the Thursday after-work, starting at 6 PM, remains the unmissable event of the week.
Our terrace, in the heart of Place Benjamin-Constant, remains one of Lausanne's most beautiful spots for enjoying summer evenings. Remember to book, as tables go quickly when the sun comes out.
